Nagpur, 7 Aug 2024: In a ruling that could have far-reaching implications for medical practitioners across India, Nagpur bench of Bombay high court has said that doctors cannot be prosecuted for selling medicines to their patients, provided they adhere to Drug Rules of 1945.
