DRUGS BANNED FOR MARKETING IN INDIA

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th February, 2003

 

*G.S.R. 100 (E).– W In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 26-A of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number G.S.R. 578 (E), dated the 23rd July, 1983, namely: -

In the Table to the said Notification, for serial number 29 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -

“ 29. Fixed dose combination of Rifampicin, Isoniazid and Pyrazinamide, except those which provide daily adult dose given below: -
